How to get the Subscription Renewal Service?
1. After you place an order on our website and check out, please provide us with your device serial number.
2. We will open one-year update authorization for you.
3. The Launch technician will open the update service online, no need for shipment.
4. We will send a Subscription Renewal Card with Card Number and Password to you by email.
Once activated, we do not accept the refund or cancellation.
How to activate the Subscription Renewal Card?
1. Open the X431 Launch app——>Software Update ——>Renewal
2. Choose the Use renewal card ——> Renewal of Commercial Software HD Software Package
3. Click ''Confirm'' in the lower right corner
4. Enter the 24-digit activation code
